At Tri-Son Development Inc, we start by understanding your preferences in a home and how those, preferences – no matter how detailed- can best be incorporated onto your property, while taking full advantage of the beautiful landscapes in New Mexico. We will meet with you as often and as many times as is necessary to create the concept and floor plan that you desire.
We are a design/build firm that will develop the working draft, modify the plans as many times as necessary, draft final plans, and provide a walk-through, three-dimensional model of your new home, to make sure we captured your unique ideas and lifestyle. We will then shepherd your plans through all state and local permitting. If necessary, we will also represent you through any Homeowner Association Design Review Committee. After all necessary approvals are obtained, we begin construction of your new home and pay attention to all details from the foundation to unlocking the door of your new home.

Project Planning
Knowing all the rules, ordinances, and/or covenants when looking to start a project in Santa Fe County can be overwhelming. Tri-Son Development Inc. is a construction firm that specializes in custom builds for residential construction – whether it is a brand-new home or an addition. Tri-Son Development knows the rules, ordinances and many of the covenants when designing a project from conceptual through the permitting process with Santa Fe County and the State of New Mexico. We are a design/build firm and as such we are able meet with the property owners, gather your input and vision, and then develop a working draft of your new home that will meet all the requirements required, including all energy efficiency requirements. We will then modify the plans as many times as necessary, draft final plans, and provide a walk-through, three-dimensional model of your new home, to make sure we captured your unique ideas and lifestyle.
Residential
Once plans are final and you are happy with your concept and design, we will take over and shepherd the plans through permitting and begin the construction process to start building the home of your dreams.
And if you have plans already? We are licensed and experienced contractors. We will build according to your plans and specifications. And just as for the plans we design, if you already have plans, we will take over and shepherd the plans through permitting and begin the construction process to start building the home of your dreams. Building additions, studios, or casitas requires most of the same capabilities as building an entire home, including a deep understanding of the rules, ordinances, and/or covenants when looking to start a project in Santa Fe County. To guide a homeowner through this, we will meet with you at your home and gather your input as to your needs and lifestyle, and then develop a working draft of your new addition, studio, or casita that will meet all the requirements, including all latest energy efficiency standards. We will produce a preliminary set of plans and modify the plans as many times as necessary, draft final plans, and provide a walk-through, three-dimensional model of your new addition, to make sure we captured what you have envisioned. Once satisfied with the plans for your new addition, we will shepherd the plans through permitting and begin the construction process paying attention to the finest details on your new addition.
