Tri-Son Development Inc. is a construction firm that specializes in custom builds for residential construction – whether it is a brand-new home or an addition. We are a design/build firm and as such we are able meet with the property owners, gather your input as to your wishes and vision, and then develop a working draft of your new home. We will then modify the plans as many times as necessary, draft final plans, and provide a walk-through, three-dimensional model of your new home, to make sure we captured your unique ideas and lifestyle. Once plans are final, we will guide you through the entire process from concept, through design, permitting, and building the home of your dreams.

Have plans already? We are licensed and experienced contractors. We will build according to your plans and specifications. And just as for the plans we design, if you already have plans, we can guide you through the entire process from concept, through design, permitting, and building the home of your dreams.

Tri-Son Development Inc. is locally owned and has been in business for over 25 years in the Santa Fe area. We have built over 40 custom homes in the Northern New Mexico area.
